Coachella Valley Brewing Co. was founded in August of 2013 as the first craft brewery in the Southern California desert. They focus on connecting the Coachella Valley through quality locally grown ingredients and expertly crafted beer. Their offerings include an ever-changing tap list of fresh releases, available by sampler flight, glass, growlers, cans, or specialty bottles. Locally owned and operated in Thousand Palms, California, they emphasize farm-to-table brewing, using local citrus, herbs, honey, and spices to support local farms. They employ sustainable practices, such as reusing spent grain for composting and livestock feed, and utilize advanced brewing technology to minimize water usage and waste. Their brewery is also available for private events.
