Censoredmunky

A craft brewing and lifestyle-merchandise company built around a free-speech and satire theme, pairing original graphic designs with its own beers. The business traces its origin to 2001, when its founders formed an intramural basketball team and crew at Franciscan University of Steubenville, and has since been developed into a brewing company that combines visual storytelling with beverage production. The stated concept is to bring people from different backgrounds together through a shared vision expressed in both merchandise designs and beer, with humor and satirical content on censorship and current affairs as the connecting thread. The beer lineup carries deliberately stylized names including FREEE SPEEECH, GRASSEE KNOWLE, INSYDER TRAYDING and A-EYE, the last identified as the flagship, and its style references include a light lager, an Irish red ale and an IPA. Alongside the beers the company operates a merchandise line, the Munky Merch range, selling posters and logo apparel and prints at a common price point, sold through an online store with quick-view product listings and standard retail policies covering shipping, refunds and accessibility. The site also runs a beer finder for locating products, an events calendar, a customer account login and a newsletter signup, indicating both direct-to-consumer sales and wholesale or on-premise distribution. Marketing is supported across Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook, and the supporter community is branded the Censored Munky Crew.
