A corrugated packaging manufacturer established in 1965 and operating a 60,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, positioned as a transportation hub for the mid-Atlantic region. The plant converts roughly 75 million square feet of corrugated board a year into shipping packaging and point of purchase displays, running a two-shift operation whose staff collectively hold over 500 years of industry experience. The business is a Certified Woman-Owned enterprise. Work is quote-driven and design-led: for a new pack, the team obtains a sample of the product to be shipped and engineers a packaging solution around it, supplying digitally rendered and/or physical samples during development. The design team also re-engineers a customer's existing packaging, with stated objectives of reducing waste and excess material, cutting pack size, improving product protection in transit to reduce damage claims, and making the pack easier to handle. The standard corrugated structural range covers RSC (regular slotted carton), HSC (half slotted carton), FOL (full overlapping carton), auto bottom, 1-2-3 bottom, telescope cartons, folders and trays. Substrate options include E-flute, B-flute, C-flute and double-wall flute, allowing the specification to be matched to the weight and fragility of the product. Decoration is available in both digital printing and flexographic printing, supporting short-run and long-run graphics respectively, which together with the point of purchase display capability positions the company for both protective transit packaging and retail-ready merchandising work.
