Bertagni 1882 USA

An Italian producer of premium fresh filled pasta and, by its own account, the oldest filled-pasta manufacturer in Italy, trading since 1882 as Bertagni 1882 S.p.A. The company positions itself as the only true specialist in premium fresh filled pasta, and describes its guiding obsession as preserving the authentic taste of Italian filled pasta worldwide - framing innovation not as novelty but as the ability to guarantee that authentic taste in every product, which it presents as part of its history, culture and identity. Formulation policy is stated simply: only ingredients you would find in your own home kitchen, a clean-label position for a category that often relies on industrial additives. Scale and reach are presented in headline figures on the site: millions of kilograms of pasta produced annually, presence in a large number of countries, and successful supply relationships with several of the world's top 20 food retailers - indicating that private-label and branded retail supply to international grocery chains is a core channel alongside its own brand. The site is organised around the pasta range, the reasons to choose Bertagni, an explanation of its production 'secret', trade events, and a dedicated certifications section, the last of which points to formal food-safety and quality accreditations for retailer supply. The company is headquartered in Italy and operates under VAT number IT03719720249.
