Babe Beverages

Babe Beverages is a San Diego, California-based beverage company specializing in organic kombucha and yerba mate drinks. Founded in 2017 by a group of friends and family united by a passion for health and wellness, the company began with a small tasting room in Southern California that served as both a community hub and a research and development facility. This grassroots approach allowed the founding team — Vinnie, Charles, Carol, Marco, and brewmaster Travis — to experiment with flavors and perfect their brewing process before scaling to wider distribution. The company's name is a tribute to Charles' grandmother, a surf-loving resident of Mission Beach in San Diego, whose spirit continues to influence the brand's authentic, laid-back identity. What started as a local passion project has grown into a nationwide operation, with products manufactured exclusively in Southern California and shipped across the United States. Babe Beverages produces two primary product lines: Babe Kombucha and Babe Yerba Mate. The kombucha line features a wide range of tropical and fruit-forward flavors, including Hawaiian POG, Maui Wowie, Blue Amazon, Sandia, Cali Gold, and others, sold in variety packs and individual flavor configurations. The yerba mate line includes flavors such as Passion Dragon, POG, Pineapple Mint, Blueberry Açai, Strawberry Coconut, and Peach Mango, all formulated with no added sugar and sweetened naturally with monkfruit. Key ingredients across the product portfolio include organic fruit juices, organic purees, organic yerba mate extract, and organic caffeine, reflecting the brand's commitment to clean-label formulation. All Babe Beverages products are USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan, positioning them firmly within the better-for-you beverage segment. Products are available for direct-to-consumer purchase online with free nationwide shipping, as well as through retail store distribution. The company also offers an affiliate program, indicating a focus on community-driven growth. With its roots in homebrewing culture and a dedicated brewmaster at the helm, Babe Beverages combines craft beverage expertise with scalable production to deliver health-forward functional drinks to a growing consumer base.
