Auroch Canning

Auroch Canning is a beverage co-manufacturing (copacking) company based in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. Founded by Jake Haneman — who previously ran a major Midwest kombucha brand — the company operates a 15,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with a 100 CPM canning line, a 100 shots/minute 2 oz. shot line, seven holding tanks (40–140 bbl range), and 4,500 gallons/day of production capacity, running batch sizes from 20 to 140 bbl. The facility is FDA registered, maintains an International HACCP Alliance–certified QA team, and offers third-party lab testing and COAs on request. Auroch Canning serves small to medium beverage brands across categories — including functional, botanical, and hemp-derived beverages — whether launching a first product or supplementing existing production. The company also holds a Minnesota lower-potency hemp edible license and is registered with the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) to support hemp beverage clients.
