Antep Foods

Antep Foods is a chocolate manufacturer and exporter based in Gaziantep, Türkiye, operating from a 10,000 m² production facility with an annual capacity exceeding 6,000 metric tons. The factory has been exporting since 2002, with the Antep Foods brand formally established in 2025. The company specializes in the wholesale supply of confectionery products to importers, wholesalers, and buying groups internationally, with no consumer-direct sales.

Core manufactured product categories include chocolate tablets, bars, and filled pralines (including pistachio and kadayif fillings), dragées with almond, hazelnut, pistachio, coffee, and fruit centres, pistachio and hazelnut spreads, Turkish delight (lokum) including classic, double-roasted, and specialty varieties, and confectionery items such as popping candy, lollipop dips, jellies, and mini biscuits. The factory operates moulding, one-shot, and panning production lines under one roof, with products made, packed, and palletised on-site prior to container loading.

A key commercial differentiator is the company's consolidated container model: buyers can mix multiple product lines — including both factory-made and sourced items — into a single full container or full truck shipment, with one set of export documents. Sourced lines available on request include halva, instant coffee, powdered drinks, spices, fruit juice, bulk pistachio nuts, nuts and dried fruit, and freeze-dried fruit, consolidated at the Gaziantep warehouse before loading.

Private label is a core service offering. The company produces goods under buyers' own brands across the full product range, managing label content compliance for destination markets — including EU Regulation 1169/2011 allergen and nutrition labelling requirements — and requires client artwork sign-off before production begins. Multiple lines can be delivered under a single private-label brand in one container.

Shipments are quoted FOB Mersin as standard, with CIF to destination available on request, priced in US dollars under Incoterms 2020. Standard documentation includes commercial invoices, per-pallet packing lists, certificates of origin or A.TR movement certificates, analysis reports, and aflatoxin certificates where required. The company targets markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, among others.

The facility holds FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, along with HACCP, Halal, and US FDA facility registration, all maintained and renewed on schedule.
