aficio22

Aficio22 is a California-based producer of premium extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) crafted for consumers who prioritize fresh, high-quality flavor. The company sources and presses its olive oil in California, positioning itself within the growing domestic olive oil market as an alternative to imported products that may lack freshness or traceability. Each batch of Aficio22 EVOO is certified by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC), a rigorous third-party certification body that requires products to meet strict standards for both chemical composition and sensory evaluation. The COOC Seal on every bottle signals to buyers that the oil has passed blind taste testing and laboratory analysis, distinguishing Aficio22 from many commodity olive oils on the market. The company offers a range of flavor profiles — from bold to mild — allowing consumers to find an olive oil that suits their specific culinary preferences. This curated selection is designed to inspire cooking and appeal to food enthusiasts, home cooks, and gift buyers alike. Aficio22 places considerable emphasis on packaging design, utilizing opaque bottles that block light and heat, two primary factors that degrade olive oil quality over time. This functional design choice directly supports the brand's core promise of delivering flavor that remains as vibrant as it was at the time of pressing. The product is positioned not only as a pantry staple but also as a gift-worthy item, suitable for occasions and moments of sharing. Aficio22 operates with a community-giving component built into its business model, donating 2% of annual sales to programs supporting children's growth and development. This giving structure is integrated into the brand identity under the tagline 'pour together,' connecting the act of using the product to a broader social impact. The company sells direct to consumers through its own e-commerce platform, with a product assortment that includes multiple SKUs suited for retail gifting and everyday meal preparation. Aficio22 represents the premium, single-origin California EVOO category, appealing to health-conscious consumers and culinary enthusiasts who value certified quality and local provenance.
