Cumberland Dairy

Cumberland Dairy is a farmer-owned and family-operated, New Jersey-based company, and one of the region’s leading dairy product manufacturers. Our products are distributed mainly along the Eastern seaboard, utilizing a variety of different distribution channels, and much of the product we produce is under a licensing or co-packing arrangement. We produce ultra-pasteurized milks, creams, frozen dessert mixes, non-dairy creamers, and other refrigerated, fluid products. Our customers include the quick-service restaurant industry, retail chains, wholesale food distributors, as well as other independent dairies. On November 1, 2017 Cumberland Dairy became part of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA). After operating as a successful family owned business for almost 85 years, Cumberland Dairy is now operated as a thriving 100% farmer owned business. DFA, which is a large farmer owned co-op, has provided the resources to Cumberland Dairy to grow and expand into an even larger more successful specialty dairy processor. Our processing facility, located in Bridgeton, NJ, produces millions of gallons of ultra-pasteurized, refrigerated, extended shelf life products annually.
